With nearby hiking and horse trails, it’s easy to see why someone would call this adventurous town “home.” Views of the San Tan Mountain are included along with larger plots of land than nearby Gilbert. Home prices cater to everyone. There are affordable, older single-family homes, as well as newer, custom-built homes with RV Garages. Queen Creek is pushing east as it’s annexing parts of San Tan Valley. Our site contains resale homes, but there are a lot of new builds going up as well.
